Services

  • Open Access/Same Day Scheduling has replaced “Urgent Care.”
  • Same Day or Pre-appointments to help improve patient access.
  • Provider/Nurse/Medical Assistant/Certified Nurses Assistant Teams to serve you.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting patients; obtain vital signs; chief complaint; allergies; update immunizations.
  • Assist with Physicals; Well-Child Exams; OB Visits; and any other procedures.
  • Set up appointments for outside referrals. Medication refills. Return calls to patients.
  • Schedule pre-appointments for physicals or procedures.
  • Patient education includes Safety Car-Seats/Belts; Smoking/Tobacco use; Diabetic follow-up; Advanced Directives; Immunizations; Domestic Violence; Substance Abuse, etc.
Nursing appointments available for:
  • Immunization; Allergy Injections; Depo-Provera and Therapeutic Injections
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Suture removals
  • Wound checks

Interesting Facts

  • Immunization rate for children 3 to 27 months is 95% or higher.
  • 2003 Awards:
    1. Portland Area Indian Health Services for Excellence in Immunization Practice
    2. Idaho “Big Shot Award” for achieving a 95% childhood immunization rate 2003.

Our Staff

The goal of our staff is to provide quality-nursing care in a respectful, friendly and efficient manner to our patients The nursing staff consists of:

  • 1 Nurse Manager
  • 4 Registered Nurses
  • 1 Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1 Medical Assistant
  • 3 Certified Nurses Assistant
  • 2 Fill-in nurses
All our Registered Nurses are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
