Services

  • Food Stamps – To help families with food expenses
  • TAFI – Temporary Assistance to Families in Idaho program to help participants obtain employment and achieve self-reliance
  • Health Coverage – Programs to pay for health care for certain groups of low income people or for children with serious health disabilities
  • AABD – Aid to Aged, Blind, and Disabled program to provide cash assistance to the aged, blind, and disabled in Idaho
This is not a complete list of programs available. There are other situations for which services may be available. A Self-Reliance Specialist/Individual Assistance worker can determine eligibility for these services.

Staff

Our staff consists of one Self-Reliance Specialist that works directly with the participants to help determine eligibility for services, and an administrative assistant that performs all clerical duties. It is our goal to strengthen the ability of families and communities to protect, care for, and improve the safety, health, and well-being of children using limited resources wisely.
